Our clinic opened in March, 2011. Between March and December 2011 we fixed over 2500 cats, dogs, and rabbits.
- We are a dedicated spay and neuter surgery center not funded by the government or donations.
- We have strategic partnerships with many local rescue groups including the Orange County SPCA and Animal Assistance League of Orange County.
- We average 10-15 spay and neuter surgeries per day, 6 days a week. Veterinary clinic california is a progressive full service small animal hospital.
Heidi Strand, DVM
Owner
Dr. Heidi Strand has worked in the animal welfare field for most of her veterinary career. Before moving to Fullerton she worked for the Oakland SPCA’s high-volume spay/neuter centers as well as Tony LaRussa’s ARF. She is committed to ending pet overpopulation and unnecessary euthanasia through spay and neuter programs. In her 17 years as a Veterinarian she has done over 10,000 spay and neuter surgeries.
